DTF, or Direct To Film, is a printing technique where designs and colors are printed directly onto a film and then easily transferred to materials like cotton, polyester, and linen using a brief 15-second heat press.
How do I place an order?
When making an order, there are key considerations:
- Image Size: Determine the dimensions of your images.
- Quantity: Specify the number of image copies needed.
- Transfers By Size: Typically this type of order is for customers who is not familiar with creating a gang sheet. You can simply upload your image and choose the corresponding size.
- Gang Sheets By Size: Opt for multiple designs and sizes on an uncut roll, using a pre-templated vector gang sheet. You can create your own gang sheet and save on cost or opt to use our Gang Builder on site.
- Cost vs. Convenience: Transfers By Size are more expensive but come ready. Gang sheets save costs; you trim them for pressing.
What materials are compatible with DTF transfers?
DTF transfers work well on materials such as cotton, polyester, linen, lycra, leather and more. They offer versatility for a range of fabric types
What kind of press do I need?
Any kind of heat press with firm pressure is ideal. As opposed to what is advertised with other big brand DTF companies, an Iron does not work. It will look fine with initial ironing but once the apparel is washed, the transfer will start peeling and cracking. We value honest and transparent transactions. What sizes are available?
We have sizes from 22"x12" to 22"x200".
You can also opt to use Transfers by Size and in that case, you can purchase as little as 2"x2"
What's the difference between pre-cut transfers and uncut rolls?
Pre-cut transfers arrive ready to press, while uncut rolls offer more flexibility and cost savings. You can trim uncut rolls to your preferred shape before pressing.
Are there any design restrictions for DTF transfers?
Our DTF transfers have excellent color reproduction and can handle intricate designs. We can go as small as neck tags with superb precision.
What is the minimum I can order?
We offer the flexibility of no minimum order requirements. Whether you need just one item or up to a hundred, we are here to accommodate your needs.
How long does it take for orders to be processed and shipped?
