This Return and Refund Policy outlines our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction. By using our services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below. 

 

1. Refund Eligibility for Film Services:

1.1. Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to delivering high-quality film services. If you are dissatisfied with the final product, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your completed film. We will review the issue and work towards an appropriate resolution.

1.2. Service Errors: In the event that DTFNC makes an error during the production process that significantly affects the quality or content of your film, you are eligible for a full refund or a complimentary re-print, as determined by our team.

2. Refund Process:

2.1. Notification: To initiate a refund or return request, please contact our customer support team at support@dtfnc.com within 3 days of receiving your film transfers. Please provide your order details and a clear explanation of the issue. 

2.2. Evaluation: Our team will review your request and may request additional information, such as images or videos illustrating the issue. We may also discuss potential solutions before proceeding with a refund. 

2.3. Refund Options: Depending on the nature of the issue, you may be offered a full or partial refund, a complimentary re-print, or alternative compensation as agreed upon. 

3. Non-Refundable Situations:

3.1. Change of Mind: As our services involve creative work and resources, we do not offer refunds for requests based solely on a change of mind.

3.2. Customer Responsibility: DTFNC is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer during the order process. In such cases, refunds will not be issued, but a resolution will be offered by our team as we are here to make sure you are satisfied with all aspects of our business.

4. Exchanges:

4.1. Exchanges for Products: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer traditional exchanges for the products. If there are issues with your film, we will address them through the refund or re-print process.
